Mah Sing launches Phase 2 of Hijauan Residence. This phase consists of exclusive bungalows and semi-d. Selling price starts from RM 993,000.00. After much debate with the sales advisor, we both agreed in one thing, which is Garden Bungalow is merely a semi-d with zero-lot concept. The above image shows both unit 15 and 16 are typical semi-d, however unit 14 shows the zero-lot concept.
