The Club is under renovation

Obviously, Mah Sing is expanding the swimming pool, but to what extent?

actually the size does not change! they just remove the stairs in pool to flatten the base, so that it becomes "virtually" bigger...

The size of each garden villa's pool for 1 family is even bigger than this club's pool, sharing among 200 families!

Strange, all the blogs stopped in 2011 and nothing seems to be happening to Hijauan Residence anymore. I think this HIGH end residence is overshadowed by better managed residences like Jade Hills, Twin Palms, Lagenda MAS and newer 1 Lagenda. The swimming pool is a laughing stock. The residents wont be seen splashing around on top of a car porch! I dont think anyone join as you pay additional RM80 on top of your painful RM300 per month for the poor excuse of a "CLUB" Residents should open their eyes and see how real clubs are managed. With a large houe base of 228 houses, this club is just an wannabe "elite" excuse. With 4 guardhouses in the area, it is a matter of time, the fees are beyond what the residents will pay.

Hello,

I suppose you people are from the semi-D phase? I don't know how things happen there, but we here at the bangolaw phase are doing very fine. Community meeting takes place very often and everyone here is happy. Probably you and your neighbours community council is weak and inactive, I don't see why or how are we poorly managed l. Everyone here pay RM550 here per month just for the guards, excluding the clubhouse and we did not complain. You say the club house is a laughing stock, then why don't you take some drastic action like signing a petition to mahsing for an upgrade? Hijauan is not being overshadowed by other residences. Its just that grass on the other side seems greener. Trust me, I have friends at UK and SG out there dying to get a Malaysian IC.

Sincerely,
Your neighbour
