Abandoned project?

Construction work in this project site has been continuously delayed without any physical works on site for 6 months or more. This cause environmental degradation since the site are stripped of their green covers that cause speedier surface water runoffs into drains and streams.

 

 

 

Most likely this project does not has a proper erosion and sediment control plan. Where is the enforcement by MPKj?

Heavy Rain and Soil Erosion at Garden Villa

Notice two different type of retaining wall along the same stretch. One is reinforced concrete wall and the other is bricks wall. Possibly due to cost saving, but, does it meet the safety requirement?



This is the consequences of using bricks wall beyond the allowed height limit.
