Heavy Rain and Soil Erosion at Garden Villa

Notice two different type of retaining wall along the same stretch. One is reinforced concrete wall and the other is bricks wall. Possibly due to cost saving, but, does it meet the safety requirement?



This is the consequences of using bricks wall beyond the allowed height limit.
