Notice the lower potion of the wall is using cement sand bricks. Bricks can be used if the height of the retaining wall is below 1 metre.

Notice two different type of retaining wall along the same stretch. One is concrete wall and the other is bricks wall. Possibly due to cost saving, but, does it meet the safety requirement?

This is the consequences of using bricks wall beyond the allowed height limit.
